Granite crushing process
The granite is firstly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for rough crushing, and then sent to the reverse 1315 impact crusher for secondary crushing of the stone. If you want small particles such as stones, configure the number of layers of the vibrating screen according to the size of the stones required. If you need two kinds of finished stones, you can configure a two-layer vibrating screen. If it is used for sand making, it needs to be crushed with ultra-fine particle size. Through 1520 counter-breaking, 0-5mm sand can be obtained, and then the mud and some impurities in the sand can be cleaned by a sand washing machine, and clean sand can be obtained. This is the entire granite crushing and sand making production line process.
