1. Rack
The frame is a four-wall rigid frame with upper and lower openings, which is used to support the eccentric shaft and bear the reaction force of the crushed material. It requires sufficient strength and rigidity. Generally, it is cast in cast steel as a whole, and the small machine can also use superior cast iron instead of cast steel. The frame of the mainframe needs to be cast in sections, and then firmly linked into a whole with bolts, and the casting process is complicated. The frame of the self-made small jaw crusher can also be welded with thick steel plates, but the rigidity is poor.
2. Jaw plate and side guard plate
Both the fixed jaw and the movable jaw consist of a jaw bed and a jaw plate. The jaw plate is the working part and is fixed on the jaw bed with bolts and wedge iron. The jaw bed of the fixed jaw is the front wall of the frame, and the movable jaw bed is suspended on the periphery, and must have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the crushing reaction force, so most of them are cast steel or cast iron.
3. Transmission parts
The eccentric shaft is the main shaft of the crusher, which is subjected to huge bending and torsion force and is made of high carbon steel. The eccentric part must be finished, heat treated, and the bearing bush is cast with babbitt alloy. One end of the eccentric shaft is equipped with a pulley, and the other end is equipped with a flywheel.
4. Adjustment device
The adjustment device includes wedge type, backing plate type and hydraulic type, etc. Generally, the wedge type is used, which is composed of two wedges, front and rear. The front wedge can move forward and backward to withstand the rear push plate; Move, the inclined surfaces of the two wedges are reversed to fit together, and the rear wedge is moved up and down by the screw to adjust the size of the outlet. The adjustment of the discharge port of the small jaw crusher is realized by increasing or decreasing the number of spacers between the rear thrust plate support and the frame.
5. Flywheel
The flywheel of the jaw crusher is used to store the energy during the empty stroke of the movable jaw, and then used for industrial formation, so that the working of the machine tends to be uniform. The pulley also acts as a flywheel. The flywheel is often made of cast iron or cast steel, and the flywheel of a small computer is often made into one piece. The flywheel is manufactured, and attention should be paid to static balance during installation.
6. Lubrication device
Eccentric shaft bearings are usually lubricated with centralized circulation. The bearing surfaces of the mandrel and the thrust plate are generally lubricated with grease through a manual oil gun. The swing angle of the movable jaw is very small, which makes it difficult to lubricate between the mandrel and the bearing bush. Several axial oil grooves are often opened at the bottom of the bearing bush, and a ring is opened in the middle to communicate with the oil groove, and then the oil pump is forced to inject dry butter for lubrication.
