How to Save Energy and Environmental Protection in Lime Kiln?

With the development of the society, no matter what products are now developing towards the direction of environmental protection and energy saving, which also caters to my development trend. At present, a detailed study has been done on the lime kiln, which practically solves the problems in my kiln. To give you a detailed explanation of the lime kiln is how to achieve environmental protection and energy saving.
1. Material selection: ordinary vertical kilns adopt heat insulation materials, while energy-saving kilns not only have heat insulation bricks, but also composite heat insulation materials and kiln lining, which can make full use of the heat inside the kiln, greatly reduce the heat loss, reduce the coal consumption and lengthen the age of lining kilns.
The top temperature of ordinary vertical kilns is usually 300-500℃, while that of modern lime kilns is normally less than 100-200℃. The temperature at the top of the kiln indirectly reflects the utilization level of fuel heat energy.
2. Lime kiln fuel is critical. In order to calcine the fruit well, the section of limestone and fuel in the kiln must be uniform.
Modern lime kiln research institute has designed and manufactured different types of cloth dispensers according to different kiln types and kiln diameters. Among them, there are rotary feeder, three-bell probability feeder, double-bell feeder and bell-spin combined feeder.
Of course, the large diameter of the kiln should rotate the distribution device or bell rotation combined with the distribution device, the small diameter of the kiln can choose double bell cloth or three bell probability distribution device. For the recovery of carbon dioxide from the top of the kiln, a three-bell probability distributor should be used, because it is opened and closed in sections, so there is a good sealing fruit.
Therefore, the feeder has a great relationship with energy saving, but it must be selected according to the kiln structure.
3. Kiln body structure is different, the traditional limekiln USES a straight cylinder, and the energy-saving kiln is different for different size of kiln body shape curve vase, straight cylindrical kiln is expected to decline for the static level dropped steadily, and declined curve vase shaped charge is for the dynamic rolling down, stone by several times, changing and permeability of heating surface, thereby strengthening the calcined capacity and reduce the coal consumption also reduces the bore burn rate.
4. For air supply, because the energy-saving kiln has a special kiln structure and the air flow resistance is very small, the air pressure and air volume used by the energy-saving kiln is only one third of that of the ordinary vertical kiln, and the natural power is about 30% of that of the ordinary kiln, thus the electricity consumption is greatly reduced and the corresponding lime cost is reduced.
Modern lime kiln research institute also designed a probabilistic hood, so that the combustion air can be scientifically stratified and distributed to the required furnace charge section in the kiln, so that the air flow in the kiln can be uniform flame combustion intensity.
Modern lime kiln design policy is: "low wind pressure, small air volume, big fruit".
5. Ash discharging device and energy saving also have a certain relationship, modern lime kiln research institute equipped with plate unloading aircraft and two sections of ash discharging valve combined use, can not only ensure the ash unloading fruit and save power consumption. Moreover, in order to save investment, a simple turntable plate unloading aircraft is also designed. Its cost is only one tenth of that of electric unloading aircraft. Usually, it can be made by oneself in combination with construction, and the cost is very low.
