This product is a new product of our company optimized design and manufactured after absorbing the advanced technology at home and abroad.

It can crushing materials with the size of less than 220-300mm, the highest anti-pressure strength is 320MPa, such as granite, basalt, limestone, etc.

The impact crusher crushed material is in cubical shape, which is preferred equipment for highways, railways, water conservancy, airport, building materials, etc.

This impact crusher crushes materials with impact force. When the materials get into the area where the bow bar plays, they are crushed due to high speed impact of blow bar and are thrown to the impact plate on the rotor for secondary crush.

Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush.

The materials from large to small get into the impact cavity for being crushed repeatedly.

The process is going on until the materials are crushed to the required sizes and then discharged from down part of the machine.
