Dung dryer is also called organic fertilizer dryer, chicken manure dryer, pig manure dryer, cow manure dryer, pasture dryer, rotary drum dryer and so on. The finished product of organic fertilizer dryer is fine. The dried product can be used as culture medium, cultivate edible fungus bisporus mushroom, and also as turtle, fish and snail farming. Feed for cattle, chickens, ducks and so on.

The chicken dung is enter into the drying apparatus by screw conveyor , and thrown up to a certain height by the lifting plate , then falls . It is hit by the crushing device during the falling process, and quickly dried by the hot air from the bottom of the drum. The material is in the form of a uniform granule which is discharged from the discharge hole of the dryer .

Different heat sources can be used depending on the requirements of the drying product. Such as: gas producer , direct heating hot blast stove, indirect hot blast stove, heat transfer oil, electric heating, steam, etc.
