The roller crusher, a mine machinery, is also known as the twin roll crusher. It is mainly used for crushing ores. The machine has the advantages of small size, large crushing ratio (5-8), low noise, simple structure and convenient maintenance, uniform particle size of crushed materials, low over-crushing rate, convenient maintenance, sensitive overload protection, safety and reliability. Applicable to coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, more suitable for large coal mines or coal preparation plant raw coal (including gangue) crushing. Tooth roll crusher has large crushing capacity. The motor and reducer are connected by a spacing-limited hydraulic coupler to prevent power overload and sensor overload protection.
